Background: English for New Bostonians (ENB) ensures access to high-quality English classes so that adult immigrants across race, education, and migratory backgrounds can pursue their aspirations and contribute to a Commonwealth that fully values their talents and voices.

 

As part of this mission ENB contracts with experienced ESOL teachers to implement tailored ESOL curricula for private companies across several industries. Based on employer and employee input collected by ENB before and throughout the duration of the classes, the Workplace ESOL Teacher will craft and deliver an English class with a dual focus, meeting the needs of workers with limited English skills, and the business that employs them.  The Workplace ESOL Teacher will work with the ENB’s Business Partnerships Manager.
