Conduct mock interviews to prepare participants for job interviews.
We arrange mock interview events throughout the year for immigrants interested in practicing their job interview skills. This volunteer opportunity is perfect for people who want to help but cannot commit to a twice-monthly volunteering schedule. We are looking for professionals in many different career areas and we are especially interested in those who have experience in human resources or hiring. These mock interview events ensure that immigrants are better prepared for their job search and increases their likelihood of success. We occasionally have additional opportunities to get involved with skills trainings, job fairs, or other career-related events.
