will help fuel Boston’s equitable economic and educational recovery.

We discuss the challenges and what is needed for Boston to make a full recovery as an equitable, inclusive city -  integrally tied to that of its immigrant communities.

We also suggest policy and resource strategies through which our Mayor and City Council can recognize immigrants as assets by ensuring availability of English classes for all.
