Help Us Give VOICE to Immigrants This Giving Tuesday
At English for New Bostonians, we believe that every immigrant deserves the opportunity to thrive. That’s why we ensure that English classes are accessible to immigrants, regardless of race, education, or migratory background.
Despite the challenges ahead, we remain committed to this mission. We partner with community ESOL providers to bring English education to immigrant communities in need. But we don’t stop there.
In response to the labor shortage, we collaborate with employers to offer English classes to their immigrant employees, helping them attract, retain, and promote diverse talent. We’ve partnered with 15 companies across various industries, providing English classes to over 1,000 immigrants in the workforce.
In light of the recent influx of immigrants, we’ve also teamed up with state agencies to provide English classes to more than 1,500 shelter residents across Massachusetts.
Additionally, recognizing the need for a more inclusive education workforce, we train former ESOL students to become teachers, empowering them to give back to their communities.
We are proud to say that ENB is meeting the moment. This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to join us in giving VOICE to the immigrants who now call Massachusetts their home.
Your generous gift will help immigrant parents, workers, and business owners learn English, achieve economic stability, and contribute to the prosperity of our communities and Commonwealth.
