The Senior Director of Programs & Partnerships will lead English for New Bostonians' core initiatives, translating ENB’s overall goals into effective operational strategies and programs. To grow excellent, accessible English language learning resources in Boston and beyond, ENB employs advocacy, community grantmaking, school and employer partnerships and workplace English programs, a city-wide volunteer corps, and training and technical assistance for ESOL programs. The Senior Director will provide oversight and leadership to bring each initiative into
a comprehensive strategy for achieving ENB’s mission. The Senior Director will
lead a multilingual, experienced team of ESOL, adult learning, and workforce development experts who, together, support English language learners in communicating with their children’s schools, becoming entrepreneurs, growing their careers, and engaging as community members. The position will integrate program planning, development, delivery, evaluation and budgeting, as well as building and sustaining strong trusting relationships, permitting ENB to continue

to grow and deepen its service to immigrant communities.
