Registration is closed for this event

This event will provide attendees an opportunity to learn how parents’ increased English language skills and knowledge of curriculum, resources, policies and opportunities contributes to immigrant family engagement and successful schools. The event will feature Boston Public Schools Assistant Superintendent Dr. Frances Esparza as well as immigrant parents who are having growing impact at the family, school and district level. Remarks and awards will be followed by a panel discussion with opportunity for discussion and Q and A. The forum will showcase the range of ESOL parents’ programming throughout the city and highlight collaborations among ENB, BPS Offices of English Language Learners, Engagement, and Adult and Community Services; and community based organizations.
